Thanks to the deft hands of "Pugilistic Association" members, this dragon comes alive to do its duty:
warding off bad luck.
 In the days after Chinese new year, businesses all over Singapore have their premises "blessed" by such performances. You can't walk these streets without hearing drums pounding and cymbals crashing in some store or office. I saw two in my neighborhood today, and for sure I'll be seeing more tomorrow. |
